We are seeking an Experiential Creative Director who thrives on crafting impactful B2B event experiences to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the creative strategy for major industry events with a focus on delivering engaging and memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling creative vision for significant B2B events aligned with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative direction complements overall event objectives and business messaging.
- Lead the ideation and creation of innovative concepts that engage and resonate with business audiences.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, presenting creative concepts and incorporating feedback.
Skills
- Proven experience in leading creative strategies in experiential marketing or event production focused on B2B.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively with excellent communication capabilities.
- Track record in successfully leading and executing large-scale events.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in running large-scale B2B events.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Passion for storytelling with knowledge of the entertainment industry.
