Join a fast-paced, innovative tech team as a Senior Software UI Engineer and play a pivotal role in transforming the financial operations of a global leader in entertainment. This position is remote and ideal for those who thrive on creativity, collaboration, and driving impactful change.
Responsibilities
- Engage in all stages of software development, from planning and design to implementation and support.
- Collaborate on modernizing and enhancing existing architectural frameworks within the company.
- Create intuitive UI workflows to enhance user experiences and autonomy.
- Ensure seamless integration with both upstream and downstream systems, supporting robust application functionality.
- Deliver efficient software solutions that streamline processes for content finance teams.
- Adapt swiftly to changing project priorities and contribute to various tasks as needed.
Skills
- Expertise in frontend development with a deep knowledge of React and UI frameworks (minimum 5 years).
- Proficiency in backend development with an intermediate grasp of Java (Spring Boot).
- Experience in API design, particularly with GraphQL and RESTful services.
- Capability to debug and deploy applications within an AWS infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills across coding, documentation, and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of financial accounting principles including Capitalization, Amortization, and General Ledger concepts.
- Familiarity with common AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
