We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join our team as an Execution and Enablement Project Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on enhancing operational efficiency and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across multiple business areas.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to tackle and solve complex challenges.
- Establish and maintain reporting and governance frameworks to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with senior leadership and key business partners.
- Oversee financial management and project budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Contribute to team thought leadership by sharing insights on industry trends and best practices.
Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Have 7+ years of experience in managing projects effectively.
- Exhibit strong organizational and analytical abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within the banking and financial services industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
