We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on modernizing and streamlining compensation-related risk reporting processes, leveraging advanced tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and redesign of existing reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize Power BI and Power Automate to develop modernized solutions for data reporting and workflow automation.
- Conduct thorough business requirements gathering and documentation to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide training materials for end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all reengineered processes and system outputs.
Skills
- Strong expertise in MS Access and Excel, including advanced data transformation techniques.
- Proven experience in modernizing legacy processes using Power BI and Power Automate.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating detailed use cases, test plans, and training documentation.
- Familiarity with Workday Report Writing and advanced Excel functionalities.
- Creative mindset to rethink processes and enhance user experience.
