We are seeking a talented UX Architect to join our dynamic Experience Design Organization. This role offers the opportunity to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences for Corporate Banking clients while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype engaging digital experiences using Figma, ensuring alignment with modern design practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to gather client insights and inform design decisions through workshops and user interviews.
- Perform competitive analysis to identify market solutions and enhance product usability.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve design quality, focusing on higher-level creative tasks.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous learning.
Skills
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and MURAL for prototyping and collaboration.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on open dialogue and respect for diverse perspectives.
- Experience in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design practices.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of the banking or financial services industry.
- Ability to adapt to evolving design tools and technologies.
