JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Application Delivery Services Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and enhance user experiences within our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and strategic planning in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert counsel on digital literacy and end-user technologies to improve overall user experience.
  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of emerging digital technologies to meet business needs.
  • Shape the vision and strategy for digital transformation, aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate training and upskilling initiatives to enhance the technology capabilities of the workforce.
  • Promote continuous improvement and digital adoption across the organization.
  • Consult with management and staff on technology solutions for effective problem-solving.
  • Build relationships with IT communities and vendors to stay informed on digital trends and innovations.

Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in digital adoption consulting and instructional design.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with user experience research methodologies and design thinking.
  • Certifications in Microsoft O365 and project management are a plus.
  • Experience in accessibility training and digital strategy development.
