We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting logistics operations and communications, ensuring efficient project management and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Manager in managing communications across various platforms.
• Update project statuses in Microsoft Planner and communicate changes to relevant partners.
• Coordinate route planning and track progress, ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
• Support the development of a comprehensive logistics scheduling and tracking tool.
• Organize and stage materials and assets for projects, maintaining clear communication throughout.

Skills

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Planner and other project management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
