Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in enhancing complex backend and enterprise workflows. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with technical and business teams to develop effective technical solutions that align with our organization's needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business units to gather and translate requirements for developers.
- Analyze user needs to automate or improve existing systems and workflows.
- Coordinate computer systems to enhance compatibility and facilitate information sharing.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support system implementation decisions.
- Consult with management to align system principles and expand functionalities.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and integration.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and system integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with mobile applications or field service platforms.
- Familiarity with API tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Exposure to DevOps, cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and ETL processes.
- Experience in a large enterprise or field-based service environment.
