Responsibilities

• Lead complex Salesforce Data 360 implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet business objectives.
• Manage all project phases, from discovery to evolution, maintaining solution integrity throughout.
• Transform client goals into actionable technical architectures and data strategies.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to configure, test, and validate Data 360 use cases.
• Provide governance and thought leadership during implementation and post-launch optimization.
• Resolve issues related to data ingestion, mapping, and harmonization for seamless integration.
• Engage with client stakeholders to simplify complex data concepts into business-friendly terms.
• Support pre-sales efforts through solution scoping and crafting RFP responses.

Skills

• Extensive experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementations, with a focus on Data 360 or similar data architecture.
• Proven track record in leading multi-phase enterprise Data 360 implementations in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience in configuring Salesforce Data 360, including data modeling and activation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, bridging business and technical aspects effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or life sciences sectors.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data interoperability standards.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
