Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Product Owner where you'll drive innovative Salesforce initiatives and collaborate with top-tier professionals in a thriving environment. Your expertise will help shape our CRM strategies and enhance our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce CRM workstreams to ensure effective initiative delivery.
- Collaborate with senior product leadership to prioritize and define project requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support major CRM programs, including sector-based and tenant-representation rollouts.
- Facilitate meetings such as standups, planning sessions, and stakeholder reviews to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Present updates and solutions to senior leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
- Continuously improve solutions and processes, adapting to the evolving needs of the business.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, consulting, or product roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly in Sales Cloud.
- Proven ability to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
- Background in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Slack integrations or Salesforce + Slack environments.
- Prior experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
- Consulting experience with a focus on delivery lead or techno-functional roles.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
