We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Solutions Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to support our reporting and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business objectives.
- Utilize Power Automate to enhance data workflows and automate processes efficiently.
- Integrate data from various sources, including Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Query, and ServiceNow.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer for implemented solutions.
- Adhere to organizational governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.
Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including DAX, modeling, visualization, and service administration.
- 2–3 years of experience in creating executive-level dashboards and reports.
- 1–2 years of practical exposure to integrating with ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices.
- Knowledge of additional data visualization tools or programming languages.
