Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research to understand user needs and workflows, driving design strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business goals.

- Synthesize findings into actionable insights that shape design and product strategies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and navigate complex problem spaces.
Skills
- Over 4 years of experience in UX research, particularly within enterprise software or internal tools.
- Proficient in understanding complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
- Skilled in applying various research methods effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proven track record showcased in a robust portfolio demonstrating impactful research work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience researching systems related to store operations, supply chain, or finance.
- Exceptional skills in research synthesis and storytelling for varied audiences.
- Familiarity with agile or iterative product development processes.
- Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams.
