Join our team as an Invoicing Migration Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in transitioning third-party labor invoicing processes to new platforms, ensuring compliance and efficiency. This position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and organize Statements of Work for invoicing transitions.
- Match resources to SOWs using data from SAP Fieldglass.
- Verify financial details, headcount, and expiration data for suppliers.
- Complete migration documentation for onboarding in Fieldglass and Ariba.
- Engage with suppliers to confirm readiness and assist in onboarding.
- Ensure compliance of migrated contracts and track agreements.
- Deliver templates and support testing for system integration.
- Monitor progress, update trackers, and report on migration activities.
Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data validation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of procurement processes and contract management.
- Background in procurement operations or contract management.
- Experience with system migrations or process transformations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba platforms.
