Join our dynamic team as an Invoicing Migration Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our invoicing processes and ensuring compliance with our policies. This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with suppliers and stakeholders, contributing to impactful migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and validate data for invoicing migration projects
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm readiness and facilitate onboarding
- Review contracts for compliance and assist in amendments as needed
- Prepare and deliver migration templates for system integration
- Monitor progress and update stakeholders on migration status
- Maintain accurate records for reporting and governance
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tracking tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
- Experience with large-scale system migrations or transformation projects
- Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba platforms
- Understanding of third-party labor policies and invoicing workflows
