Join our team as a Senior Data & Business Intelligence Associate and leverage your expertise in data analysis to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. You'll be instrumental in building dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for real-time operational insights.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze data using SQL to identify trends and performance gaps, presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance metrics and operational variances, providing solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs, supporting strategic initiatives.
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in compliance tracking or risk analysis within financial services.
- Knowledge of payment processing environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
