We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and direct various projects in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to manage significant projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all phases of project life cycles, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
- Assign tasks and monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular project status reports and present updates to management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior project leaders in project management methodologies.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing non-IT business applications and projects.
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience mentoring or training other project managers.
