Join a dynamic team as a Payments Planning Manager, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity and efficiency within the Payments organization. Responsibilities
- Lead planning and reporting on key programs and projects that support the Payments organization's objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance communication and execution of governance frameworks.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with project management and change initiatives.
- Support the Payments Business Ops team in launching and executing strategic projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and timely problem resolution.
- Contribute to knowledge resources and educate team members on best practices.
Skills
- Strong experience with Airtable and a passion for optimizing business workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges.
- Deep knowledge of collaborative project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
- Understanding of software product development processes.
- Motivated to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
