Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design, test, and implement product rules and functions.
- Develop a deep understanding of life insurance and annuity product rules and business operations.
- Translate complex business specifications into system designs and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Identify and solve complex problems, ensuring solutions are sustainable and scalable.
- Provide expertise and support to stakeholders regarding system functionality.
- Regularly assess and improve processes within the system environment.
- Work in an Agile setting focused on delivering product solutions efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with teams and vendors to enhance turnaround times and efficiency.
Skills
- Solid understanding of life and annuities business lifecycle.
- Experience with business configuration in a Policy Administration System, preferably ALIP.
- Proficiency in SQL databases.
- Strong governance in version control and SDLC.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Technology, business, and project certifications.
- Experience in Agile practices and culture.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in various environments.
