We are seeking a talented and driven individual for the role of Sr. Principal, Internal Communications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to employee engagement and internal communication strategies within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to enhance employee engagement.
- Draft and align core internal communications with key stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate internal events, including celebrations related to significant organizational changes.
- Plan and facilitate senior leadership meetings to ensure effective communication.
- Create engaging programs for employee participation, such as volunteer initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in internal communications and change management.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities complemented by effective execution skills.
- Ability to manage relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a multi-functional and matrixed team environment.
- Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
