Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the CMDB, ensuring reliable data for IT service management processes.
• Lead the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and manage processes related to Asset and Configuration Management.
• Analyze CMDB data to identify trends and areas for improvement, designing automated processes for data management.
• Develop and document procedures for data collection, validation, and maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide training and support to IT staff on CMDB processes and tools.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, focusing on CMDB management and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CMDB tools and software, with knowledge of Agile Methodology and DevOps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow and related ITSM tools.
• Ability to mentor and guide team members on CMDB best practices.
