Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee project planning, execution, and support phases to ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party implementors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Monitor project progress, swiftly addressing issues to ensure effective delivery.
- Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
- Manage project budget and schedule commitments, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- Provide leadership to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Strong background in IT project management, particularly on the application side.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Completion of a four-year degree is essential.
Preferred Skills
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in change management and risk management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into business language.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on emotional intelligence and situational leadership.
