Responsibilities

• Design omni-channel experiences that improve customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Utilize design systems and best practices to deliver high-quality design artifacts.
• Participate in an agile environment, contributing to the iterative design process.

Skills

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in product and experience design.
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Experience in working with complex workflows and adapting to changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial or business management sector.
• Familiarity with design systems and visual design skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
