We are seeking a talented Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to create user-centered designs that enhance the customer journey across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Leverage human-centered design methods to develop engaging and persuasive product experiences.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform design decisions and strategy.
- Translate user and business needs into accessible and inclusive end-to-end experiences.
- Design omni-channel experiences that improve customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Utilize design systems and best practices to deliver high-quality design artifacts.
- Participate in an agile environment, contributing to the iterative design process.
Skills
- Minimum of four years of relevant experience in product and experience design.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience in working with complex workflows and adapting to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial or business management sector.
- Familiarity with design systems and visual design skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
