Join our dynamic team as a Senior User Experience Designer, where you'll lead customer-centric projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence e-commerce design strategies while fostering innovation and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Drive user experience initiatives by integrating user insights, business goals, and technical limitations into design solutions.
- Lead strategic planning and execution phases for complex migration projects.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both mobile and web interfaces.
- Deliver impactful UX solutions for complex challenges while managing stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Advocate for user-centered design through collaboration with researchers and conducting independent user testing.
- Present design concepts to various teams and leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Skills
- Over 6 years of experience in design, showcasing a strong portfolio of user-centered design solutions.
- Proficient in rapid prototyping and utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Axure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Proven ability to independently manage design review processes and finalize requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in gathering user data through usability studies and interviews.
- Strong visual design skills that enhance UX capabilities.
- Experience with Shopify and understanding of conversion and abandonment rates.
