Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT executives to transform strategic goals into actionable business architectures and capability roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain the enterprise business capability model for the Life and Annuity value chain.
• Lead architecture design efforts supporting modernization and transformation initiatives, including cloud migration and AI integration.
• Ensure architectural consistency across programs through adherence to principles, standards, and frameworks.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and improved integration across platforms.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to co-create architecture artifacts and communicate complex concepts effectively.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Life and Annuity insurance, including policy administration and claims processes.
• Proven track record in enterprise or business architecture within large insurance or financial services organizations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools like BOC ADOIT.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, risk management, and compliance in financial services.
• Familiarity with AI/InsurTech solutions and cloud adoption strategies.
