Join our dynamic team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a crucial role in the deployment of telecom circuits and SD-WAN appliances. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with telecom vendors and internal managers to ensure project readiness and prevent delays.
- Facilitate communication with store leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Validate and document telecom infrastructure and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Schedule and oversee site visits to align with project timelines.
- Review vendor quotes for budget adherence and track expenses.
- Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to confirm deliverables and project completion.
Skills
- Proven experience in telecom provisioning and circuit delivery.
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and telecom components.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage issues and maintain project schedules.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet.
- Background in managing large-scale telecom or circuit rollout projects.
- Proficiency in Excel and communication tools like Slack and Outlook.
