Responsibilities
- Analyze product features and customer metrics to evaluate performance.
- Conduct statistical testing of experiments to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports on program health.
- Address ad hoc inquiries from business leaders regarding customer behavior.
- Utilize data mining and analytical techniques to identify customer trends.
- Engage in both strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Skills
- Proven experience working with large-scale complex datasets.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Effective communication skills suitable for interaction with both engineers and business leaders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS or similar analytical tools.
- Advanced degree in math, statistics, computer science, or marketing.
- Background in programming and marketing.
