Join our team as a Warehouse Associate where you'll play a crucial role in supporting operations through hardware fulfillment and inventory management. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on technology and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and fulfill hardware requests by efficiently picking, tracking, configuring, and shipping items to various locations.
- Maintain and regularly reconcile inventory records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate effectively with store contacts to assess the impact of hardware fulfillment on end users.
- Provide systematic reporting on hardware incidents and inventory status.
- Assist in managing detailed inventory processes and warranty processing.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure precise inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and data analysis.
- Problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a corporate environment with familiarity in tools like ServiceNow, Excel, and SharePoint.
- A technical degree or background in technology is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing 25 lbs or more.
