Join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you will play a key role in shaping our organizational culture and driving HR initiatives. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on-site and support our upcoming site transition.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate activities related to site transition, ensuring smooth communication and employee support during the process.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with internal processes and promoting sound decision-making.
- Assist in talent planning, including recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and development initiatives.
- Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement in engagement and retention.
- Champion cultural initiatives that promote autonomy, responsibility, and inclusivity.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and support consistent HR policy application.
- Participate in HR projects and execute cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews and compensation cycles.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP roles.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and provide innovative HR solutions.
- Effective communication skills and ability to foster collaborative cross-functional relationships.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, preferably WorkDay.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting manufacturing and operations sites.
- Advanced degree or HR certification such as SHRM.
- Experience in project management and consulting with leadership on HR strategies.
