We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead critical projects within a collaborative environment, focusing on enhancing our integrated eligibility systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain risk, issue, and decision documentation with contributions from workstream teams on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with the State PMO team to log new risks, issues, and decisions in the designated tracking system.
- Update weekly and monthly status reports and present findings in monthly PMO meetings.
- Conduct weekly internal meetings to gather and update new risks, issues, and decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on outstanding risks and issues.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- 2+ years of experience managing projects for a State Medicaid Agency or large healthcare organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and manage client expectations effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Experience managing complex initiatives with multiple workstreams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
