Responsibilities

• Document comprehensive meeting minutes, including action items for follow-up.
• Review and finalize meeting minutes with stakeholders to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct quality checks on project documentation and minutes prepared by other team members.
• Upload meeting minutes to designated platforms and ensure distribution to attendees.
• Assist with various project management activities as needed.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Drive and SharePoint.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Experience in client-facing roles, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Ability to document technical discussions in detail.
