Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and make a significant impact by supporting various HR initiatives. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive key projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project activities related to Compensation, Benefits, Change Management, and HRIS initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timelines, and reporting dashboards to ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
- Facilitate governance routines, including steering committees and working sessions.
- Provide operational support for Compensation and Benefits workstreams, ensuring milestones and dependencies are tracked and met.
- Assist in developing and executing change management deliverables, such as communication plans and training coordination.
- Prepare agendas and presentation materials to facilitate communication across HR, Finance, Technology, and business teams.
- Identify and address process gaps, working closely with leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or related coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Excel, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Total Rewards, HRIS implementations, or large-scale HR projects.
- Familiarity with change management practices such as PROSCI or ADKAR.
- Comfortable balancing strategic support with hands-on execution.
