We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Portfolio Management to lead technology programs and projects, aligning them with business strategies to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. This remote opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with stakeholders and Client Success Directors to drive measurable value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold a portfolio management framework that aligns with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Client Success Directors to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate their needs into portfolio improvements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring quality standards and budget adherence.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and manage risks within the portfolio.
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Provide governance and manage the intake pipeline for business needs.
- Drive planning sessions with clients to align on project priorities and resource allocation.
Skills
- At least five years of experience in portfolio management within a tech environment.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), PowerBI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience with AI and prompt engineering.
- Ability to prioritize and foster high-performance teams.
