JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Portfolio Management to lead technology programs and projects, aligning them with business strategies to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. This remote opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with stakeholders and Client Success Directors to drive measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold a portfolio management framework that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Directors to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate their needs into portfolio improvements.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring quality standards and budget adherence.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and manage risks within the portfolio.
  • Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Provide governance and manage the intake pipeline for business needs.
  • Drive planning sessions with clients to align on project priorities and resource allocation.

Skills

  • At least five years of experience in portfolio management within a tech environment.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), PowerBI, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI and prompt engineering.
  • Ability to prioritize and foster high-performance teams.
