JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Principal Test Automation Engineer and lead the creation of innovative testing solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive the development of scalable test automation frameworks across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop high-performance testing solutions ensuring quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD solutions to facilitate continuous delivery and fast feedback.
  • Enhance automation coverage, reliability, and developer productivity throughout the product ecosystem.
  • Mentor team members and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering.
  • Expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks using C# or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of automated test execution and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with testing in regulated environments, particularly in healthcare or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and microservices architecture.
  • Leadership experience in QA for distributed systems and SaaS platforms.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
