Join our team as a Principal Test Automation Engineer and lead the creation of innovative testing solutions in a collaborative and dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to drive the development of scalable test automation frameworks across multiple digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop high-performance testing solutions ensuring quality standards.
- Develop and maintain robust CI/CD solutions to facilitate continuous delivery and fast feedback.
- Enhance automation coverage, reliability, and developer productivity throughout the product ecosystem.
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in test automation and quality engineering.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks using C# or Python.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of automated test execution and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with testing in regulated environments, particularly in healthcare or medical devices.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools and microservices architecture.
- Leadership experience in QA for distributed systems and SaaS platforms.
