JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Sr. IT Project Lead to drive the success of multiple product rebranding and packaging projects. This role is ideal for those who excel in collaborative environments and are committed to ensuring regulatory compliance and project excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive project management for diverse product rebranding initiatives, ensuring they meet global supply and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project activities with broader organizational objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones, proactively address issues, and escalate any gaps to leadership as necessary.
  • Serve as a Business Process Subject Matter Expert to support continuous improvement efforts.

Skills

  • Proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across various stages.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with global regulatory requirements, especially in the medical device or drug industry.
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven approach to work.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in Black Belt/Lean Six Sigma or relevant supply chain and operations experience.
  • Experience in project leadership within product commercialization contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across diverse functions and geographies.
