JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Manager to join our team. This remote position offers the opportunity to manage and enhance our supply of unique experiences, driving growth and innovation in a vibrant industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source high-quality experience providers to enhance our offerings.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition and integration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor and optimize partner performance to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and strategies.
  • Track and report on supply health and performance metrics, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to inform sourcing strategies and decisions.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in supply acquisition, partnerships, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the travel, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and organizational tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, demonstrating adaptability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with strategic sourcing and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of cultural trends and their impact on the experiences market.
