JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Operations Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and management of unique experiences within the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition and management of high-quality experience providers to enhance our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partner relationships and ensure supply health.
  • Identify and source innovative experiences that reflect local culture and trends.
  • Support hosts during their onboarding process and provide ongoing technical assistance and best practices.
  • Analyze performance metrics and report on trends to improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong partnerships and maintain open communication with stakeholders.

Skills

  • Minimum of 6 years in supply acquisition, partnerships, or account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of the travel and entertainment industries.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and organizational tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with current cultural trends and local tourism insights.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
