Responsibilities

• Manage Airtable content bases and speaker interfaces for multiple events, ensuring seamless organization and workflow optimization.
• Design and implement automated processes, custom views, and interfaces to enhance user experience and productivity.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify accuracy and functionality of Airtable setups.
• Archive event data and ensure removal of any personal identifiable information post-event.
• Develop and replicate content management templates for future events.
• Maintain documentation and oversee attendance and survey data cleanup.

Skills

• Expertise in Airtable management, including troubleshooting and automation scripting.
• Strong background in project management and event coordination.
• Exceptional data management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Skills
