JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Video Producer/Editor to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-profile healthcare storytelling while collaborating with a creative team dedicated to impactful narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead video projects from concept to completion, ensuring high editorial standards throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging storylines and production plans.
  • Manage all aspects of field production, including logistics, scheduling, and execution.
  • Oversee post-production processes, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Develop and manage production budgets, forecasting costs for various projects.
  • Maintain strong communication with team members and stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare reporting, storytelling, and project management.
  • Proficient in audio/video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and After Effects.
  • Strong writing and journalistic skills, with a focus on healthcare and public interest topics.
  • Experience with field recording equipment and production logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage production budgets effectively.
  • Experience working within tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • A portfolio showcasing self-produced audio and video content related to healthcare is highly desirable.
