JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. Marketing Communications Administrator and lead impactful communication initiatives while collaborating with diverse teams to enhance our marketing strategies. This role offers the chance to manage multiple projects and develop communication strategies for various audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute multiple communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for diverse audiences, including executives and employees.

  • Organize executive communications, establishing guidelines and messaging platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve communication goals.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of communication technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong editorial skills with attention to detail and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging communications.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in graphic design and creating visually appealing presentations.
  • Background in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
