JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Resource Planning Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting global business initiatives and driving productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead resource planning efforts to support business planning initiatives globally.
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance field productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvements and support organizational growth and scale.
  • Manage headcount and resource planning to optimize team performance.

Skills

  • Proven experience in headcount management and resource planning.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with leadership and teams.
  • Experience in program management and business planning.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in program management and business planning is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership for strategic initiatives.
