JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Sr. IT Developer and leverage your data analytics expertise to drive innovative solutions and business insights in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive analytics solutions that transform data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver effective analytics solutions.
  • Work with various data types to enhance modeling and produce outcomes.
  • Create visualizations and reports using Business Intelligence tools to support decision-making processes.
  • Continuously improve analytics processes and methodologies.

Skills

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in data analytics.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in building analytics solutions and handling data.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools such as Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
  • Background in data governance and data engineering practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
