JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Principal Workday Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support in Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring effective management of allowance plans and eligibility determinations.
  • Collaborate with the HRIT team to facilitate configuration changes and support system implementations.
  • Develop and execute high-level test scripts for project handoff and ensure successful transitions to production environments.
  • Assist in the finalization of Workday Time Tracking implementations and support ongoing configuration adjustments.
  • Engage in day-to-day operational support and contribute to the success of various compensation projects.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Time Tracking functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute test scripts effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in supporting compensation implementation projects and conducting fit-gap assessments.
  • Familiarity with HRIT systems and configuration processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
