Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cohesive brand identity across retail and print channels.
• Create impactful visual designs for large-scale retail environments while maintaining brand integrity.
• Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to innovate and expand brand presence.
• Produce press-ready files efficiently, ensuring high quality under tight deadlines.
• Provide clear direction to the Studio team for seamless execution of design elements.
• Adapt to changing business needs while supporting the overall brand vision.

Skills

• Proven experience in retail design with a knack for creating impactful visual solutions.
• Ability to translate complex information into clean, clear designs with strong hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with omni-channel design approaches.
• Strong typography and layout skills for visually stunning designs.
• Familiarity with design systems and adherence to brand standards.
