We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of innovative products and features, creating user-centered experiences for both web and mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring user needs are met through intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Create visually appealing mock-ups that align with brand standards and design guidelines.
- Utilize and contribute to the company’s design system, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Engage in user research and testing to refine designs and enhance user experience.
- Communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in interaction and visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems for cohesive user experiences.
- Strong understanding of usability and accessibility principles in design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consumer product design, particularly in healthcare or related fields.
- Familiarity with data visualization and hybrid application design.
- Background in customer service or start-up environments.
