Responsibilities
- Support the management and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Work closely with the Productivity Tools team to boost communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft Services and external systems through APIs or custom connectors.
- Provide third-level support, addressing complex issues and managing change effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to uphold best practices.
- Stay informed on technical advancements related to collaboration tools and share knowledge with the team.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform with over 3 years of experience in Microsoft M365 engineering and support.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation for enhancing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Effective communication skills to guide technical direction and collaborate with team members.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft AI solutions and familiarity with other collaboration tools.
- Understanding of ITSM functions and processes, particularly with ServiceNow.
- Experience working in Agile environments and adapting to changing business priorities.
