Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Work closely with the Productivity Tools team to boost communication and collaboration throughout the organization.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Services and external systems through APIs or custom connectors.
• Provide third-level support, addressing complex issues and managing change effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to uphold best practices.
• Stay informed on technical advancements related to collaboration tools and share knowledge with the team.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform with over 3 years of experience in Microsoft M365 engineering and support.
• Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and Azure Automation for enhancing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Effective communication skills to guide technical direction and collaborate with team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft AI solutions and familiarity with other collaboration tools.
• Understanding of ITSM functions and processes, particularly with ServiceNow.
• Experience working in Agile environments and adapting to changing business priorities.
