JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Technology Services Manager and play a key role in driving operational excellence within our Treasury Services Division. This hybrid position offers the chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams and enhance product resiliency.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main operations contact for the assigned product line, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee technology planning and implementation across various teams.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and vendors, advocating for their interests.
  • Monitor and manage service incidents, changes, and requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis on significant incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Lead initiatives while adhering to business requirements and scope.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing large infrastructure hosting environments.
  • Strong proficiency in network and security technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud and data center network operations.
  • Familiarity with product management methodologies and techniques.
  • Strategic thinking and high-level technical analysis capabilities.
