JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to lead and enhance our sales enablement systems and tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary resources to drive success and achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution and continuous improvement of sales enablement systems and tools.
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert for enablement platforms, promoting best practices and ensuring scalability.
  • Translate enablement strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Analyze data from enablement tools to drive insights that enhance sales effectiveness and coaching priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver necessary systems and processes for business growth.
  • Manage incoming enablement requests to align with organizational goals.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing learning programs for representatives, ensuring effective integration of tools and content.

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with sales enablement tools, particularly Gong and Highspot.
  • Strong analytical skills to generate insights that influence sales behavior.
  • Exceptional program management abilities with a focus on prioritization and communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across complex organizations.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience across the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales and customer success.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
