Join us in a dynamic role where you'll lead a comprehensive Oracle implementation, shaping nursing administration and staffing models across multiple facilities. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to coordinate with HRIS, IT, and nursing leadership in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Guide the complete lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects, from planning to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project tracking tools and templates, ensuring efficient dissemination of updates.
- Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or risks.
- Serve as a liaison among various departments, city agencies, and vendors.
- Facilitate training sessions and create necessary training materials.
- Provide on-site support and ensure effective project oversight.
- Assist with policy guidance and strategy development to enhance service delivery.
- Review and approve invoices, offering budgetary recommendations.
Skills
- Proven experience in program or project management, especially in Oracle implementations.
- Strong ability to work independently and lead collaborative change.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences.
- High accuracy, transparency, and accountability in work products.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships with diverse groups.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple external contractors and vendors.
- Residency in the NYC area.
