JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us in a dynamic role where you'll lead a comprehensive Oracle implementation, shaping nursing administration and staffing models across multiple facilities. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to coordinate with HRIS, IT, and nursing leadership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the complete lifecycle of Oracle implementation projects, from planning to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools and templates, ensuring efficient dissemination of updates.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing any issues or risks.
  • Serve as a liaison among various departments, city agencies, and vendors.
  • Facilitate training sessions and create necessary training materials.
  • Provide on-site support and ensure effective project oversight.
  • Assist with policy guidance and strategy development to enhance service delivery.
  • Review and approve invoices, offering budgetary recommendations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in program or project management, especially in Oracle implementations.
  • Strong ability to work independently and lead collaborative change.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • High accuracy, transparency, and accountability in work products.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships with diverse groups.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing multiple external contractors and vendors.
  • Residency in the NYC area.
