JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling Functional Lead, where you will design and optimize workforce management solutions for US and Canadian operations. This role offers a chance to blend functional expertise with strategic thinking to drive impactful changes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of workforce scheduling solutions to enhance management processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with existing systems for accurate data flow.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices to improve system efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements for current business processes using Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
  • Develop documentation for system configurations and conduct training sessions for users.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a functional lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Scheduling with full implementation ownership.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Absence Management with practical implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in system integration and data management within Oracle Cloud HCM environments.
  • Excellent ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective system designs.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Absence and Core HR as secondary areas in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Familiarity with Fast Formulas for advanced configuration and calculation needs.
  • Prior experience in conducting training and workshops for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM features and industry trends.
