JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented Project/Program Manager to oversee logistics operations in a dynamic B2B environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage international logistics across multiple regions while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for internal B2B device orders, ensuring timely and compliant international shipments.
  • Coordinate with logistics vendors to facilitate efficient delivery and maintain tracking systems and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and device certifications across various regions.
  • Handle specialized shipping requirements for battery and non-battery devices.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance processes and reporting, demonstrating flexibility in managing schedules and limited travel.

Skills

  • 5+ years of international logistics experience, particularly in managing shipments from the US/Asia to global markets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint and JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of trade compliance and device certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B logistics and knowledge of battery-based device shipping regulations.
  • Logistics certifications (e.g., CLTD, CTSI) and familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like atmosphere and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
